Customs, Duties and Taxes

ButterPuffly is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). THIS APPLIES TO ALL CUSTOMERS OUTSIDE OF CANADA.

Canada

  • Standard Shipping: Orders are typically processed within 2-5 business days and are shipped via standard ground shipping. Delivery times may vary but generally range from 2-10 business days.

  • Free Shipping: We may offer free shipping on qualifying orders (over $88CAD). The delivery times for free shipping are the same as standard shipping.

U.S.

  • Standard shipping:
    •  For orders less than $200 CAD, a standard fee of $25 CAD will be applicable for standard shipping that takes up to 4-8 business days to be delivered. 
    • For orders over $200 CAD, a standard fee of $15 CAD will be applicable for standard shipping that takes up to 4-8 business days to be delivered. 
    • Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
  • Please note that any duties or import taxes, customs clearance fees imposed by U.S. Customs and courier services are the responsibility of the customer.


Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are determined based on the weight and dimensions of the package, as well as the shipping method chosen during the checkout process. Customers will see the shipping cost before finalizing their order.

Order Processing Time

Orders are usually processed and shipped within 2 business days of the order date. Some orders may take longer to process due to product availability or other factors. You will receive an email notification with a tracking number once your order is shipped.

Shipping to Remote Locations

Please note that orders shipping to remote or hard-to-reach locations in Canada may take longer to deliver. Additional shipping fees may apply for these areas.
