• Glossy Ironing Paper*3
• Baking Sheet/Parchment Paper (15x20cm): 3 sheets (with three different texture densities: 0.14mm, 0.18mm, 0.25mm, 1 sheet each)

• During production and transportation, beads may have minor burrs, chips, or slight height variations. These do not affect ironing results or normal use.

Criteria for "unaffected normal use":

• No obvious height differences or oval-shaped beads, no noticeable color differences after ironing, and no impact on ironing effect.
• If you require the product to be 100% flawless, please consider carefully or refrain from purchasing our products.

After-sales Instructions

• If the beads you receive do not meet the above criteria, please provide clear photos of all colours with issues, clearly showing the specific problems.
• We will confirm the colors and quantities based on the photos and provide replacements or refunds accordingly.
• If the beads meet the "unaffected normal use" criteria, no after-sales service, returns, or exchanges will be provided.

In order to ensure that you can report any missing/damaged products to us more effectively, please record an uncut unboxing video from the beigining of opening to the end. If you receive an incorrect product, please do not open the original packaging and contact us immediately. Once you open the packaging, we will not accept returns or exchanges.
