In order to ensure that you can report any missing/damaged products to us more effectively, please record an uncut unboxing video from the beginning of opening to the end. If you receive an incorrect product, please do not open the original packaging and contact us immediately. Once you open the packaging, we will not accept returns or exchanges.
Please note that if your order includes pre-order items, your package will be shipped after all items are available in stock.
